The village of Royal Palm Beach is thrilled to announce the upcoming development of Tuttle Royale, a 41-acre downtown area located south of Southern Boulevard and west of State Road 7. This 200-acre plot of land will include restaurants, shops, a movie theater, a comedy club, and a large hotel, among other features, allowing local citizens to stay in their own community for family entertainment opportunities. Expected to be completed in fall 2025, this project is sure to provide an incredible boost to the local economy.

Village leaders and developers are rightfully proud and excited about the upcoming project at Tuttle Royale in Royal Palm Beach. A 41-acre downtown area will be constructed over the next two and a half years on a 200-acre plot of land south of Southern Boulevard and west of State Road 7, complete with restaurants, shops, a movie theater, a comedy club, and a large hotel. This project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2025, providing residents of the Western communities with more fun things to do and places to shop. Brian Tuttle, authorized representative, and manager of Main Street by Tuttle Royale, introduced this idea to the village of Royal Palm Beach in 2016. After some council meetings where the area was annexed by the village and zoning ordinances were adjusted, the final site plans were approved last month. The development will include 50 tenants and 1,600 residential units, as well as high-end retailers, great quality restaurants, entertainment venues, and a three-acre park. With this new development, local citizens no longer have to venture east for family entertainment opportunities, as the western communities are finally growing.

Tuttle Royale: A New Downtown Destination for Royal Palm Beach

Royal Palm Beach is thrilled to announce the upcoming development of a 41-acre downtown area, Tuttle Royale. Located south of Southern Boulevard and west of State Road 7, the 200-acre plot of land will feature restaurants, shops, a movie theater, a comedy club, and a large hotel. Companies are eager to become tenants on the property, with some already committing to opening new locations in the development. The village leaders and developers alike are delighted that residents of Palm Beach County’s western communities will soon have more fun things to do and places to shop.

The project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2025 and will provide an incredible boost to the local economy.

Featuring prestigious restaurants such as the Cheesecake Factory, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Agave Bandido, Arigna Irish Pub and Coal Fire Kitchen, Mana and Mojito, North Italia, and Oak & Stone, as well as popular retailers like Anthropologie, Free People, Lululemon, Sephora and Warby Parker, visitors will have plenty to explore. Not to mention, there will also be an Improv Comedy Club, a three-acre park, and a bidding war between Hilton and Marriott for a 175-200 room hotel, as well as competition between EOS Fitness and LA Fitness for a gym, and Bowlero and Strike 10 Bowling for a bowling alley. This project is sure to be a crowning achievement in the city’s history!

Tuttle was proud to announce the upcoming plans for a park with a variety of activities, surrounded by high-end retailers and restaurants. Each month, visitors can look forward to new activities such as bounce houses, Christmas Tree events, and outdoor ice skating rinks. The park is expected to be the centerpiece of the center, driving foot traffic to the surrounding retailers and restaurants.

The first level will feature a comedy club, the second floor will have a bowling alley, and the third story will be home to a movie theater. Tuttle Royale is expected to fill an important void in Western communities by bringing the community together with a variety of activities.

Royal Palm Beach Mayor Fred Pinto is proud to support this development, which will provide the area’s residents with a high-quality, high-density entertainment center with great shopping and dining options.

According to Pinto, the entertainment center will provide a safe place for families to come together and enjoy the town’s amenities. He added that it will add to the community atmosphere by allowing those in the Western communities to have access to the same types of experiences they would normally have to travel east for. With Tuttle Royale, citizens will no longer need to go as far as West Palm Beach for their entertainment needs.

Furthermore, the village of Wellington is also working on a revitalization project to create an outdoor downtown area at the Mall at Wellington Green that will be a long-term benefit for the citizens of the area.

The development of Tuttle Royale will inject much-needed modernity and vibrancy into Palm Beach’s western communities, revolutionizing its economy and quality of life. The project’s capacity for retail, entertainment venues, and community space presents an incredible opportunity for delighted residents of Palm Beach County to shop, eat out or simply appreciate a homemade park. Briar Tuttle is unarguably the genius behind this operation, spearheading an entire downtown area that will provide easterners new opportunities in the West. This project leaves indelible fingerprints of growth and esthetic improvement that may linger for generations, made possible by the vision of one man and the illustrious village leaders and developers.
